In this session, Nelly-Eve Rajotte illuminates the practices, processes and challenges involved in conceiving and creating monumental projections and immersive installation. She will provide a presentation of examples from personal experience, and unpack the components involved in a work of video mapping\u2014examining its potential iterations as a performance, an installation and an architectural projection. <\/p>\n

The workshop will include an overview of MadMapper software, necessary codecs and madmapper hub for other programs, like MAX, VDMX, MODUL8, PURE DATA and the open source MAPMAP. <\/p>\n

Looking at both the theoretical and practical elements of light, space, volume, photo, drawing, sculpture and video, participants will be organized into teams to create a simple 3D model using foamcore, and then work to realize their project. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
