At the end of April, the Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec – Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et culture released the results of the evaluation of some 15 strategic clusters that applied for funding this fall. <\/p>\n
We are very pleased to announce that Hexagram has received a total of $1,827,000 in support over the next seven years, from 2020 to 2027. Indeed, in response to the current pandemic context, the Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec has decided to support its many researchers for an additional year. We are extremely grateful for this support. <\/p>\n

For this new research cycle, co-directors Jean Dubois, Principal Investigator, and Christopher Salter have brought together 44 co-researchers from eight Qu\u00e9bec universities: Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, Concordia University, Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Chicoutimi – NAD, Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec en Abitibi -T\u00e9miscamingue, Universit\u00e9 Laval, Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, \u00c9cole de technologie sup\u00e9rieure and McGill University; some 50 collaborators from around the world and just over 200 students. <\/p>\n
The new composition gives an important place to the new generation of co-researchers in research-creation and extends its network to even more universities outside of Montreal. The new scientific program aims to maintain sustained links with practice settings, to federate its members and to encourage collaborative work. It also aims to share knowledge and promote the next generation of researchers. Finally, you will note in our communications the change of name which reflects the network’s link with the research of its co-investigator.
