style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although a composition may seem like something complete, it always remains open in many directions; it is determined by factors such as cultural memory, the understanding of performers and listeners, their interaction, the place of performance, and many other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By tracing and mapping these links and hinges, composer <strong>Katharina Klement<\/strong> offers an insight into the creation of some of her works. The images, traces of her journey, are presented as drawings, graphics, and scores. Facing these images, listening stations allow one to &#8220;see the images of music&#8221; and &#8220;hear the music of images.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"503\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/hexagram.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Klement_Brandung-IV-SIgnature_Expo_5-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18529\" style=\"width:auto;height:300px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.katharinaklement.com\/\">Katharina Klement<\/a> is an Austrian artist active as a composer-performer in the fields of composed and improvised music, electronic and instrumental. Her work includes numerous cross-disciplinary projects in the fields of music, text, and video.
