Members devote at least 40% of their research activities to the field and to the objectives related to the Network\u2019s programming.<\/p>\n<p>In a spirit of collaboration, co-investigators play an active role in governance and programming by making their research available to the entire Network. They are required to send the coordinators requested information concerning their activities, when needed. They must create their Canadian Common CV and keep it up to date, according to FRQSC standards. The FRQSC takes co-investigators\u2019 participation in the Network and their scientific or artistic production into account during the evaluation of their funding request.<\/p>\n<p>Co-investigators are nominated for appointment by Co-directorship, supported by the Executive Committee, and approved by the General Assembly. Co-investigators\u2019 status is assessed by the Executive Committee and confirmed by the Co-directorship at the middle and end of the funding cycle. Barbara Clausen is Associate Professor in the Art History Department at the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al. She has lectured and written extensively on the historiography and institutionalization of performance-based art practices and the discourses surrounding the politics of the body and the archive. She has over the last twenty years curated and collaborated on numerous exhibitions and performance series in Europe as well as North America. From 2017-2020 she was the Curatorial Research Director of the Joan Joans Knowledge Base in collaboration with the Artist Archives Initiative in New York. She is the author of Babette Mangolte. Philosophiae doctor (PhD) in art (UQAM, 2015) and professor at l&#8217;\u00c9cole d&#8217;art of Laval University, he is fascinated by creativity as a pragmatic approach to the ungraspable and he has published over twenty works and he presented his work nationally and internationally.
