{"id":1218,"date":"2020-10-14T21:08:33","date_gmt":"2020-10-14T21:08:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hexagram.uqam.ca\/mission-et-historique\/"},"modified":"2023-08-18T23:00:46","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T23:00:46","slug":"historique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hexagram.ca\/fr\/historique\/","title":{"rendered":"HISTORIQUE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En 2001, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Concordia et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al fondent simultan\u00e9ment, en collaboration avec l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, l\u2019Institut de recherche et cr\u00e9ation en arts et technologies m\u00e9diatiques (Hexagram) et le Centre interuniversitaire des arts m\u00e9diatiques (CIAM). Financ\u00e9 par Valorisation-Recherche Qu\u00e9bec (VRQ) et la Fondation canadienne pour l\u2019innovation (FCI), l\u2019Institut a mis sur pied d\u2019importantes infrastructures dans les universit\u00e9s fondatrices afin d\u2019appuyer le d\u00e9veloppement des projets de recherche-cr\u00e9ation, leur transfert culturel et \u00e0 la valorisation industrielle des technologies associ\u00e9es. Soutenu par le FRQ-SC, le CIAM a rempli une mission de soutien et de formation aux \u00e9tudiants et \u00e9tudiantes, d\u2019aide \u00e0 la diffusion des r\u00e9sultats de recherche et de cr\u00e9ation des chercheurs et chercheuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2008, l\u2019Institut Hexagram est fragment\u00e9 en deux plateformes universitaires de recherche-cr\u00e9ation, Hexagram-Concordia et Hexagram-UQAM. Les activit\u00e9s de valorisation industrielle sont alors int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au nouveau Consortium en innovation num\u00e9rique du Qu\u00e9bec (CINQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2011, Hexagram-Concordia, Hexagram-UQAM et le CIAM fusionnent leurs activit\u00e9s de fonctionnement pour devenir Hexagram \u2013 Centre Interuniversitaire des Arts M\u00e9diatiques (Hexagram-CIAM), un regroupement strat\u00e9gique en \u00e9mergence financ\u00e9 par le FRQ-SC. Par la suite, de nouveaux membres provenant de l\u2019\u00c9cole de technologie sup\u00e9rieure (\u00c9TS), de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Chicoutimi (UQAC) et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McGill se joignent \u00e0 l\u2019organisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En 2015, Hexagram-CIAM devient Hexagram et passe au statut de regroupement strat\u00e9gique en fonctionnement en mettant en place un r\u00e9seau international d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche-cr\u00e9ation en arts m\u00e9diatiques, design, technologie et culture num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2016, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Concordia inaugure l\u2019Institut Milieux en arts, culture et technologie et y rattache dor\u00e9navant les espaces et \u00e9quipements reli\u00e9s auparavant \u00e0 Hexagram-Concordia.
