Sous l\u2019influence de l\u2019humeur changeante de la mer et des diff\u00e9rents t\u00e9moignages, les visiteurs sont entra\u00een\u00e9s dans un r\u00e9cit intime de la maladie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cette \u0153uvre explore la place de la temporalit\u00e9 et des forces de reliances (acte de relier, de cr\u00e9er des liens entre des personnes ou des syst\u00e8mes) dans la maladie, elle interroge notre rapport aux maux qui fa\u00e7onnent notre identit\u00e9. <em>La Plage aux Crabes<\/em> est ainsi un exutoire personnel, mais aussi une invitation \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion sur les exp\u00e9riences de vie que nous partageons tous, et sur leur transmission aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En utilisant un dispositif sonore immersif, cette cr\u00e9ation propose un r\u00e9cit commun entre plusieurs vies, invitant les visiteurs \u00e0 se connecter \u00e0 leurs propres souvenirs et \u00e9motions. <em>La Plage aux Crabes<\/em> est ainsi une exp\u00e9rience introspective, qui invite chacun et chacune \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 sa propre histoire et \u00e0 partager ses exp\u00e9riences avec les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"La plage aux crabes Teaser\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0btOr3sscrA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Intentions et ancrages<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 partir des concepts propos\u00e9s par Alberganti (2013) Dimitri Delphin d\u00e9cide de travailler avec un dispositif sonore immersif&nbsp;: un d\u00f4me de 32&nbsp;haut-parleurs. Celui-ci devient alors autant un outil de composition qu\u2019un m\u00e9dia \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, permettant alors de jouer sur la notion de fronti\u00e8re d\u2019Alberganti dans les dispositifs multim\u00e9dia immersif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basant sa recherche sur la construction du r\u00e9cit propos\u00e9 et \u00e9tudi\u00e9 par Ric\u0153ur (1983), Dimitri Delphin, \u00e0 travers un ensemble d\u2019entrevues, constitue un nouveau r\u00e9cit \u00e0 partir de fragments d\u2019actions v\u00e9cues tout en leur attribuant une valeur de temporalit\u00e9. Cet ensemble aux temps multiples devient alors un r\u00e9cit dans la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 qui n\u2019existe qu\u2019\u00e0 travers le lien de causalit\u00e9 entre ces fragments. Ces morceaux d\u2019histoires peuvent \u00eatre diffus\u00e9s dans l\u2019installation en utilisant leurs valeurs temporelles comme direction pour se d\u00e9placer dans l\u2019espace. Le d\u00f4me est s\u00e9par\u00e9 en 4&nbsp;zones&nbsp;: le pass\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sent venant du pass\u00e9, le futur et le pr\u00e9sent venant du futur. La diffusion sonore est alors lin\u00e9aire, mais sa perception par le public, fragment\u00e9e dans l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La construction du r\u00e9cit dans l\u2019espace donne ensuite l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 Dimitri de cr\u00e9er un univers sonore spatialis\u00e9 visant \u00e0 apporter une tension pour mettre en place une fronti\u00e8re que le public traversera petit \u00e0 petit dans l\u2019installation (Alberganti, 2013). Ces 15&nbsp;h d\u2019enregistrement ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9cout\u00e9es, classifi\u00e9es et ont re\u00e7u une valeur temporelle d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en fonction de la temporalit\u00e9 de l\u2019action d\u00e9crite dans ces fragments.<br><br>Une premi\u00e8re version de l\u2019\u0153uvre a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 travaill\u00e9e dans un d\u00f4me de 16&nbsp;haut-parleurs utilisant le logiciel de montage Reaper et le logiciel SPAT Revolution pour la spatialisation. Ces deux outils sont rest\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin du projet. Cette it\u00e9ration d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 16&nbsp;minutes pr\u00e9sentait les premiers r\u00e9sultats de recherche et de mise en place de l\u2019univers de l\u2019\u0153uvre. La notion de cycle revenant continuellement dans les discussions et accompagn\u00e9e par l\u2019origine latine du mot cancer qui est <em>krabe<\/em> a rapidement impos\u00e9 l\u2019univers de la mer. Celui-ci, \u00e9loign\u00e9 du milieu m\u00e9dical, offre aussi l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un ensemble distinct de paysages sonores. Les chapitres font alors autant \u00e9voluer le r\u00e9cit que l\u2019univers qui les accompagne&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>1. L\u2019eau tumultueuse&nbsp;: les premi\u00e8res douleurs, les premi\u00e8res inqui\u00e9tudes. L\u2019instant o\u00f9 toute notre vie bascule et la vague nous happe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La temp\u00eate&nbsp;: au plus profond, les cycles se mettent en place, la nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 aussi. L\u2019incidence psychologique, mais aussi physique, nous m\u00e8ne dans les tr\u00e9fonds parfois sombres de la maladie.<br><br>3. Les mar\u00e9es&nbsp;: l\u2019apr\u00e8s-temp\u00eate, la mise en place de nouveau cycle. La pr\u00e9sence du cancer sera l\u00e0, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents instants de notre vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La seconde version a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e le 1er&nbsp;mai 2023 lors d\u2019une pr\u00e9sentation priv\u00e9e afin d\u2019obtenir un ensemble de retours de la part du public. Ces informations pr\u00e9cieuses ont permis \u00e0 Dimitri de travailler sur la derni\u00e8re version de l\u2019\u0153uvre. Accentuant les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par le syst\u00e8me de 32&nbsp;haut-parleurs, un travail important a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 afin de condenser l\u2019\u0153uvre pour une version finale de 20&nbsp;minutes retravaillant les enjeux de sensibilit\u00e9 de la diffusion dans l\u2019espace. La pr\u00e9sentation vue par plus de 95&nbsp;personnes a permis \u00e0 l\u2019artiste de retirer de nouveaux retours et de mesurer l\u2019impact de ce projet sur le public. Sa pratique artistique est nourrie par son v\u00e9cu et son expertise en cr\u00e9ation multim\u00e9dia. Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en montage et effet visuel en France puis sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en m\u00e9dias interactifs \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, il a travaill\u00e9 comme charg\u00e9 de projet multim\u00e9dia dans diff\u00e9rentes compagnies cr\u00e9atives. \u00c0 l\u2019automne 2021, il d\u00e9cide d\u2019entamer la ma\u00eetrise en communication, profil recherche-cr\u00e9ation, en m\u00e9dia exp\u00e9rimental de l\u2019UQAM afin de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper son processus de cr\u00e9ation. Dimitri cr\u00e9e des \u0153uvres qui touchent aux r\u00e9cits et t\u00e9moignages, \u00e0 travers le contenu acquis sous diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9dias, pour susciter de nouvelles r\u00e9flexions sur nos histoires communes.
