Dans cet atelier, M. Lapointe pr\u00e9sentera certains des concepts les plus importants pour la cr\u00e9ation, la comparaison et l\u2019analyse des r\u00e9seaux complexes, ainsi que d\u2019int\u00e9ressantes applications de ceux-ci et diff\u00e9rents types de repr\u00e9sentations graphiques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"uk-text-justify\">Cet atelier interdisciplinaire s\u2019ancre dans la science \u00e9mergente des r\u00e9seaux complexes et leur application aux sciences, aux humanit\u00e9s et aux arts. Les participants et participantes auront l\u2019occasion de se familiariser avec les recherches actuelles dans ce domaine et d\u2019appliquer leurs connaissances \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et l\u2019analyse de syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9seaux existants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"uk-text-justify\">Les \u00e9tudiants et \u00e9tudiantes de tous les cycles, les membres du corps professoral et les artistes travaillant ind\u00e9pendamment sont les bienvenus. Des connaissances de base en programmation et en math\u00e9matiques sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"uk-text-justify\">Nombre de places limit\u00e9 pour l\u2019atelier, se il vous pla\u00eet RSVP.<br \/>Chaque participant et participante doit apporter son propre ordinateur portable.<br \/>Frais d\u2019inscription : 20,00 $<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"uk-text-bold\">Biographie<\/h5>\n<p class=\"uk-text-justify\">Fran\u00e7ois-Joseph Lapointe est le directeur du Laboratoire d\u2019\u00e9cologie mol\u00e9culaire et \u00e9volution de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al et professeur titulaire au sein du d\u00e9partement de Sciences biologiques. Dans ses recherches scientifiques il se penche sur la syst\u00e9matique, la m\u00e9tag\u00e9nomique et la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations. Auteur de plus de 100 publications en biologie \u00e9volutionniste, il a aussi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plusieurs algorithmes en biostatistique et en biologie computationnelle. En 2012, M. Lapointe a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 un doctorat en danse \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al. Pour sa th\u00e8se, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab La chor\u00e9og\u00e9n\u00e9tique ou l\u2019art de faire danser l\u2019ADN \u00bb, il a produit un algorithme g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pour une composition de danse en silico et a cr\u00e9\u00e9 Polymorphosum urbanum, une repr\u00e9sentation de danse cr\u00e9\u00e9e in vitro \u00e0 partir des s\u00e9quences g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques de 30 danseurs et danseuses.
