Using retroplanning means thinking through your schedule starting from the deadlines. It’s a particularly useful strategy for structuring your project into manageable phases and for setting up times for communication and feedback with your management.

This year, Hexagram is partnering with Thèsez-vous? to offer a series of workshops. This one will help you learn how to better plan your writing, prepare your calls for proposals, or grant applications.

Facilitator : Eliane Sheedy
