Hexagram offers a workshop on the processes of book publication for Network student members
and co-investigators. The goal of this workshop is to clarify book publication processes for early-career researchers, from proposal, contracts, editing, translation, to publication, and other topics as desired by attendees.

Panelists:

  • Noah J. Springer, Acquisitions editor for digital humanities, new media, game studies, HCI and design at the MIT Press.
  • Emanuele Quinz, Art and Design Historian and Curator, PhD, Associate Professor at Paris 8 University and at École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (EnsAD), Paris.
  • Meredith Carruthers, Managing & Production Editor at Concordia University Press and member of the artist collective Leisure.
  • Chris Salter, Professor of Immersive Arts and Director of Immersive Arts Space, Zurich University of theArts, Switzerland.

Financial support could be available for Network student-members enrolled at UQAT and Université
Laval (partner universities outside the Montreal area).
