Become a Hexagram member

There are various types of membership, you will find all the details below
Regular members

Professor from the founding universities Université du Québec à Montréal or Concordia University; professor from partner universities in Quebec (McGill, Université de Montréal, Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, École de Technologie Supérieure, Université Laval) for whom Hexagram is the main or only research network.

To become a Hexagram Regular member, send a recent version of your Canadian Common CV and Detailed Contribution FRQSC attachment, a letter of intent, two letters of support from regular members to the Executive Committee and please use the form below to forward these documents. Membership is of three years renewable.

Please note that renewals will be confirmed through the cyclical FRQSC funding processes (annual reports, mid-term evaluation, final report). If you do not send Hexagram staff the necessary documents (CVC-funding, fichier joint of detailed contributions) at these times, Hexagram reserves the right to revoke your membreship.

Collaborator members

This category includes adjunct professors, faculty members from partner and non-partner universities who are primarily affiliated with another Centre, and technical and research associates/assistants, practician from the private sector or an industry partner, that are currently collaborating with one or more regular members

To apply for Collaborator Membership, individuals must be recommended by a regular member with whom they share an active project. This regular member will send a letter of recommandation and will also include a second letter of recommandation from another regular member, plus the candidate’s complete curriculum vitae.
