Join the team and research community of the 1P1 Laboratory, the first interdisciplinary lab in Canada bringing together artists, researchers, experts, and practitioners to study the impacts and potential of emerging XR environments.
The event will begin with an open exploration of extended reality works presented on site, followed by four panels of rapid presentations (3–5 minutes), during which researchers, students, and collaborators will be invited to share their perspectives and expertise on extended realities, their implications, and their experimentation. These sessions will be interspersed with in situ exploration of extended reality works.
This activity is presented by the Chantier XR/Games of the Hexagram Network in collaboration with the 1P1 Laboratory and the X·RE Chair, as part of the 2026 Interdisciplinary Encounters.
For any questions, please contact the 1P1 Laboratory at: laboratoire1p1@uqam.ca.
